Trauma Surgeon | Florida's Space Coast | Health First Medical Group

Health First Medical Group is seeking a Trauma Surgeon to join our growing team on Florida’s beautiful Space Coast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys practicing in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment and is looking for a long-term career with an established health system. Our Level II Trauma Center provides comprehensive care for adult trauma patients, supported by strong collaboration across multiple surgical and specialty services.

Our trauma team works closely with General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery, creating a highly collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

The Opportunity

• Full-time, employed position with Health First Medical Group
• Practice at a Level II Trauma Center
• Adult trauma practice with a broad range of clinical responsibilities
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Strong partnership with General Surgery, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Plastics, Neurosurgery, and other specialty services
• 8-week rotation with equal shifts among all providers
• Rotation includes Trauma, ICU, Nights, Acute Care Surgery (ACS), and backup coverage
• Opportunity to practice in a growing coastal community with excellent quality of life

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
• Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Florida, or currently licensed in Florida
