Health First is seeking a Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our cardiovascular team in Melbourne, Florida.
This is a new opportunity within an expanding heart failure program. The position can be dedicated heart failure or a combination of heart failure and general cardiology, based on the physician’s interests and preferred practice mix.
Position- Monday–Friday schedule
- No hospital call
- Dedicated HF or HF + general cardiology
- Outpatient heart failure management and inpatient rounding
- Develop and grow the heart failure clinic and inpatient service
- CardioMEMS implementation planned
- Established cardiovascular program and referral network
- Work alongside cardiologists, APPs, and cardiovascular subspecialists
- Opportunity to develop additional heart failure services over time
- BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease
- Advanced Heart Failure training preferred
- Experience in heart failure preferred; strong interest in HF also considered
- Interest in program development and collaborative care
