Education & Relevant Experience Requirements:

• Must be age 18 at time of employment
• Experience working with children
• HS diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Certifications & Licenses Requirements:

• Department of Children and Families Standards for Quality After school Programs (SQAP) – 8 hours online as Inservice or equivalent DCF-AMAP Course Achieving and Maintaining Quality After school Programs – 12 hours, or complete within 90 days of appointment
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or obtain certification within 90 days of appointment
• BAS Academy Level I (24 hours online) for School Age Certification; obtain training by starting within 90 days of appointment with completion within one year of appointment
• Valid State Driver's License

Education & Relevant Experience Requirements:
