High School Math Teacher

The High School Math teacher is responsible for providing engaging, rigorous, and Christ‑centered instruction in mathematics. The teacher will inspire students to develop critical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and a biblical worldview while preparing them for college, careers, and lifelong learning.

• Teach high school mathematics courses, which may include:
  • Algebra I & II
  • Geometry
  • Pre‑Calculus
  • Statistics
  • Consumer Math
• Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards and school curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs.
• Integrate technology and hands‑on learning experiences into instruction.
• Utilize data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

• Integrate biblical principles and a Christian worldview into daily instruction.
• Model Christian character and servant leadership in professional and personal life.
• Lead students in prayer and faith‑based discussions as appropriate.
• Support the school's mission, vision, and statement of faith.

• Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and academic excellence.
• Encourage creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Maintain effective classroom management and procedures.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, STEM education, Engineering, Science, or other related field.
• Strong Christian testimony and commitment to Christian education.
• Ability to pass background screening.
