Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Service Activation Engineers to support a large modernization project across 4,000+ sites. The Engineers will execute and document formal acceptance testing of products and services per program requirements. They will interface with both Telco providers and field technician for real time troubleshooting and configuring implementations.

- 5+ years of experience related experience from an enterprise environment
- Cisco experience (Juniper experience is a plus)
- Experience troubleshooting IP network configurations
- Domain knowledge of data protocols including TCP/IP, DMVPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EIGRP, HSRP, IS-IS, LDP, PIM, MSDP, and layer 2 Ethernet.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance CCNA
- experience with Meta Solv (database modeling software)
- prior experience at AT&T, Verizon, TMobile, Comcast etc.
