Position: Senior Engineer, Project & Process Support Manager - Process Center (Onsite)

What You Will Do:

  • Nadcap & Compliance Management Special Processes
    • Serve as the Nadcap program manager, ensuring ongoing compliance with Nadcap special process requirements and standards.
    • Coordinate Nadcap audits, self‑assessments, corrective actions, and follow‑up activities.
    • Track audit findings, corrective action plans, and closure status in collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams.
    • Maintain documentation and records required to support Nadcap accreditation and customer audits.
  • Engineering Project Tracking & Coordination
    • Track multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met.
    • Follow up regularly with engineers to monitor progress, address risks, and resolve roadblocks.
    • Facilitate cross‑functional communication between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and leadership.
    • Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and reports for management review.
  • Procurement & Production Support
    • Identify and order tools, fixtures, equipment, and production support materials required to support engineering and manufacturing needs.
    • Submit and manage purchase orders through the Ariba procurement system.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
    • Support production readiness by ensuring required tools and materials are available prior to project or product launch.
  • Financial & Expense Management
    • Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
    • Review, reconcile, and track corporate credit card transactions related to projects, tools, and services.
    • Support budget tracking for engineering and operations projects, including cost monitoring and variance reporting.
  • Documentation & Configuration Control
    • Release engineering drawings and documentation into the Product Data Management (PDM) system.
    • Ensure proper version control, approvals, and documentation accuracy in accordance with company procedures.
    • Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to maintain up‑to‑date and compliant technical documentation.
  • Digital Technology (DT) Tracking & Communication
    • Communicate, track, and follow up on DT issues across engineering, operations, and IT teams.
    • Ensure DT issues are properly documented, assigned to the appropriate owners, escalated when necessary, and closed in a timely manner.
    • Act as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality, and digital/IT teams to support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
    • Monitor the status of DT‑related system issues, tools, and applications that impact engineering and manufacturing workflows, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a related field, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Nadcap & Compliance Management Special Processes.
  • Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Ariba), PDM systems, and project tracking tools.

The salary range for this role is $86,800 - $165,200 USD. The range is a good‑faith estimate and may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
