Sheet Metal Mechanic; Fab​/Mods - Melbourne, FL

How to thrive in this role?

• Minimum of 4 years of structural fabrication/modification experience, or substantiated equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience on corporate aircraft
• Completion of Sheet Metal Aircraft Technician School or equivalent training
• Ability to interpret and work from mechanical engineering drawings
• Effective written and verbal communication skills regarding individual and aircraft status
• Ownership of a basic set of hand tools, with the ability to demonstrate proper inventory and control
• Must obtain Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required
• Willingness and availability to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal and inclement weather conditions
• Ability to obtain a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge, if applicable
• Basic proficiency in PC and computer skills
• Airframe or Powerplant License A PLUS!!!
