• Design, develop, and implement flight software algorithms to support guidance, navigation, and control functions for the air vehicle.
• Design, develop, and implement simulation software to test and verify mission requirements for the air vehicle.
• Implement navigation functions that statistically process measured data points and integrate them into models of physical reality.
• Develop guidance functions to formulate equations that achieve desired positions, orientations, or trajectories.
• Design control laws and analyze hardware and software requirements for air vehicles.
• Communicate program milestones, technical approaches, and findings to GNC and program management.
• Apply technical standards, principles, theories, and concepts to moderate‑complex professional tasks.
• Provide solutions to technical problems of increasing scope and complexity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in STEM with no experience (for Level
  2).
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree in STEM with 3 years of experience, or a PhD with no experience (for Level
  3).
• Demonstrated understanding of Guidance, Navigation, and Control systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance; clearance not required to start employment.
• Ability to obtain any required Program Special access within a reasonable period.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS‑Project, Visio).

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience designing, developing, and validating guidance, navigation, and control systems integrating flight‑critical hardware, software, and algorithms.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Primary Level: $79,300.00 – $. Secondary Level: $98,400.00 – $. Salary ranges are guidelines; final offers consider scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and market conditions.
