Position:
Senior Electrical Engineer PE – Healthcare Projects (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team. Successful candidates will have experience delivering Design/Build and Renovation Projects, ideally for Healthcare, Hospitals, and Medical Facilities. Additional projects include Commercial, Education, Government, Transportation, etc. Must have Engineering Consulting experience managing multiple projects at various stages, including all planning, design, production, quality control, and financial responsibilities. This person will provide technical leadership, mentoring & guidance to team members to assure total quality of all engineering efforts;

coordinate the activities of all team members and assure production meets schedules while generating a reasonable profit.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members, ensuring total quality of all engineering efforts.
  • Coordinate activities of all team members to assure production meets schedules while generating a reasonable profit.
  • Manage multiple projects at various stages, including all planning, design, production, quality control, and financial responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience designing and managing electrical/MEP projects for engineering consulting or design/build environments.
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.
  • Project experience delivering new construction and/or renovation projects for healthcare, hospitals, and medical facilities. Experience in commercial, education, government, transportation is a plus.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in construction costs and life cycle analysis; managing moderate to complex projects.
  • Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline.
  • Excellent technical and formal communication with clients and staff.
  • Ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with local building codes & Standards.
  • Strong technical leadership and management skills.
