The selected engineer will perform as a member of an interdisciplinary team on a key effort to develop novel and innovative solutions to advanced technical problems. The successful candidate will design and develop system architectures and define key capabilities and performance requirements. They will define design and technology maturity constraints of the system in accordance with customer specifications, develop thorough definition of system external interfaces, and define system implementation approaches and operational concepts to ensure requirements are met and evaluate performance with customer.
EssentialFunctions
- Assist in development of system architectures.
- Architecture, CONOPS, and use case development using model‑based systems engineering methodologies.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Perform system requirements analysis.
- Automation workflow development of multi‑disciplined functional processes in support of various engineering and business processes.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor of science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline with 12years of related experience OR Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline with 10years of related experience OR PhD in a STEM discipline with 8years of related experience.
- Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in‑scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering with experience using Model‑Based Systems Engineering.
- Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architecture and the Systems Modeling Language (SysML).
- Experience in the military aerospace development environment is preferred.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
