• Overall responsibility to Plan, coordinate, and execute a safe and effective Mission Systems flight test as in-flight Test Conductor.
• Flight Test card generation and execution to support program cost and schedule.
• Management of flight test requirements and associated metrics.
• Develops and executes pre/post-flight mission briefings and post-flight reporting.
• Coordination with multiple customer organizations to develop Detailed Test Plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 5 years engineering experience – OR a Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of engineering experience.
• Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Prior Flight Test Control Room qualification.
• Ability to obtain / maintain FAA Class III Medical.
• Must be willing and able to support extended / off nominal Flight Test Execution campaigns, to include occasional second / third shift, weekends, and business travel.
• Clear and concise communication style for management of Safety of Flight and Safety of Test parameters.

• Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.

• Existing Program Access.

• Mission Systems flight test experience.
• Experience in the military aerospace development environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of 8210 Program processes.

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
