Supervisor, Entertainment & Gaming, Event Manager ​/ Planner

Overview

As a Supervisor at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will lead the floor on every shift, support your team across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, and deliver a guest experience that makes people want to return.

As a Supervisor, you will lead the floor on every shift, support your team across all areas, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the shift.

• Own the floor on every shift, keep service flowing, keep guests happy, and guide the team across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction during the shift.
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations during each shift.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
