Morgan Financial is a growing, customer-centric, Mortgage Banker located in Rockledge, FL. We are looking for top talent to join our successful team.

We're looking for someone with general mortgage industry knowledge that can plug-in to our fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time position that requires a highly energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented person.

• Calling prospective leads and getting them scheduled to speak with the loan officer
• Gathering borrower documents for mortgage applications for VA, conventional and jumbo mortgages
• Preparing packages for loan approval and closing
• Verifying accuracy of documentation received (I.E. applications, credit, appraisals, title, insurance, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy to data input into systems
• Manage pre-closing activities/checklists while simultaneously analyzing new originations
• Provide remarkable customer service
• Answering phone / Taking messages
• Setting calendar / Scheduling appointments
• Answering customer questions
• Scanning / Copying
• Maintaining (and/or Obtaining) a Mortgage Loan Originator License (not required to have before you start)

• 1-3 Years professional experience is required (minimum requirement will vary with education)
• Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS is a plus
• A NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License is required (or must obtain within six months of hire)
