About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst with strong cash application experience to join a high-volume finance team within a Shared Services environment. You'll play a critical role ensuring payments are applied accurately and efficiently, helping improve cash flow and support AR operations.

• What You'll Do
Cash Application & Reconciliations
- Apply customer payments (ACH, wire, lockbox, credit card) daily.
- Research unapplied/unidentified cash and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Perform customer account reconciliations and support month-end close.
- Maintain accurate customer account records and audit documentation.
- Partner with Credit & Collections to resolve account issues and improve cash flow.
- Assist with continuous improvement and AR automation initiatives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly cash application reporting.
- Support internal/external audit requests as needed.
Required
- Associate degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
- 3-5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong cash application experience
- SAP experience in a multi-entity or high-volume environment
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Shared Services experience
- Experience with automation tools or process improvement (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with lockbox processing and electronic payment formats
- BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- SOX/internal controls experience
- Exposure to automation and process improvement initiatives
