The Missile Solutions Segment seeks an experienced FP&A analyst to support all aspects of the income statement, including the sector OSP (Orders, Sales and Profit), Segment HQ, and SG&A. The role requires a self‑starter who collaborates cross‑functionally with senior executive leadership and drives change through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
Essential Functions- Analyze income statement movements, profitability, revenue trends, and expenses.
- Create and distribute weekly and monthly trend analyses.
- Support monthly reports such as the Monthly Financial Review, Quarterly Operational Review, Annual Operating Plan, and Joint Strategic Plan.
- Develop tools, templates, and processes to simplify data capture and reporting while ensuring relevance and appropriate detail.
- Present findings to executive leadership.
