PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call prospective leads and schedule to speak with the loan officer
• Gather borrower documents for mortgage applications
• Prepare packages for loan approval and closing
• Verify accuracy of documentation received
• Ensure accuracy of data input into systems
• Provide remarkable customer service
• Set calendar / Schedule appointments
• Answer customer questions
• Maintain (and/or Obtain) a Mortgage Loan Originator License (not required to have before you start)

• Be efficient and proactive in completing tasks and problem solving
• Be a multi-task master
• Articulate complex information in an easy to understand manner
• Solid business computer skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Take ‘tasks’ away from Mortgage Loan Officers so they can spend more time selling
• Comfortable with making "cold calls" (you're helping to follow up)

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years professional experience is required (minimum requirement will vary with education)
• Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS is a plus
• A NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License is required (or must obtain within six months of hire)
