Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst

• Perform analysis & prepare reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
• Support the preparation and coordination of the monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting processes.
• Provide internal reporting requirements including incorporation of forecast, identification of staffing issues related to baseline/ETC, and execution of corrective action or updates using program reporting tools.
• Interface with Business Managers and support booking rate files and profitability updates.
• Lead a smaller team, demonstrating good leadership skills and ability to work with the Program Office.

• Ability to use financial systems with understanding of DoD financial rhythms.
• Provide strategic guidance as required.
• Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
• Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques.
• Work under general supervision while completing numerous assignments per schedule and elevating potential issues to ensure proper management focus.
• Exert influence on peers and internal customers.
• Good interpersonal skills while representing the finance team on various projects.

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or industry related field.
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
• Must have experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have experience successfully supporting a monthly financial forecasting rhythm.
• Must have experience with EAC development and analysis.
• Must have experience with MPM and/or Cobra.

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or industry related field.
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

• Experience with IFAS/NGFP

Primary Level Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $. Secondary Level Salary Range: $96,200.00 - $. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and company results.
