IT Audit & Compliance
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
Several years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related field, preferably within the outsourcing/offshoring industry.
Proficiency in audit and compliance management software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
