Harris Technologies is seeking an individual to support Program Finance and join the TM&C Division. The analyst will be responsible for the financial management, review, and forecasting of assigned programs, partnering with program management and project teams to analyze and understand their financial positions. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly and monthly financial reports, validating actual cost reporting, supporting monthly closing activities, and maintaining project baselines and forecasts in the financial systems.

• Tracking, monitoring, and analyzing cost performance on programs.
• Proactively working with Program Management and project teams to support the programs’ financial performance and requirements.
• Creating and maintaining projects within Deltek Cobra and People Soft financial systems in accordance with company procedures.
• Supporting the creation of time‑phased project baseline budgets for performance measurement and maintenance throughout the project.
• Maintaining financial forecasts:
  Estimates at Completion (EACs) and obtaining inputs to meet deadlines.
• Providing predictive analysis to inform Program Management of risks and opportunities prior to realization and driving enterprise efficiencies.
• Managing special projects such as reconciliations, cleanup of migrated or closed projects, etc.
• Obtaining U.S. Government clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; or graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

• TS/SCI clearance preferred.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with firm‑fixed‑price production, cost‑plus, and maintenance contracts.
• Knowledge of government funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis preferred.
• Experience with Hyp Fcst / Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) a plus.
