Job Description:
The Communication and Spectrum Dominance (CSD) market segment is seeking a government compliance lead that will be responsible for preparation and oversight of all regulatory compliance requirements of TSS sector business units (BU). Responsibilities include compiling, preparing, reviewing, and reporting various components of TSS BU regulatory requirements.
Essential Functions:
* Maintaining and updating disclosure statements for TSS BUs that are required to submit one to DCMA.
* Preparing yearly incurred cost submissions for BUs that are part of the TSS sector.
* Creating quarterly cost monitoring reports, comparing actual incurred costs to forward pricing, and perform variance analysis.
* Leading responses to DCMA/DCAA audit requests for forward pricing proposal, incurred cost proposal and other audits.
* Supporting business system readiness and external audits.
* Performing various ad hoc analyses as required to include trend analysis, effects of one-time events, "what if" scenarios, and support special projects as assigned.
* This position will interface with TSS Finance and Market Segment teams.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree with focus in Finance or Accounting.
* 5-10 years government compliance experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Product Suite - Excel, Word and Power Point
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skill set, capable of interfacing and forming strategic business partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills (Oral, Written, Listening).
* Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment and be flexible to meet the needs of the customer through detail analysis or summary reporting.
* Ability to solve problems, develop and implement innovative and creative solutions to issues and situations that exist in a complex and changing environment.
* Must be self-directed, proactive and possess ability to multi-task.
* Deltek CostPoint and Hyperion experience are preferred, but not required. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater
D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $100,500 - $186,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
