The Manager Mortgage Loan Servicing is a full-time, on-site role based in Florida, United States. This role oversees the daily operations of mortgage loan servicing, including payment processing, escrow administration, investor reporting, and portfolio monitoring. The manager ensures compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and investor guidelines, and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and member experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and coaching servicing staff, resolving complex member inquiries, managing delinquency and loss mitigation workflows, and coordinating with lending, compliance, and accounting teams.

The role also involves preparing reports, monitoring performance metrics, and contributing to strategic planning for the mortgage servicing function.

• Experience in mortgage loan servicing operations, including payment processing, escrow management, and investor reporting.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations, servicing guidelines, and compliance best practices, preferably within a credit union or community banking environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, member-centric service and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with mortgage servicing systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, reporting tools).
• Ability to work on-site, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive financial information.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a credit union or financial institution and familiarity with NCUA guidelines is highly beneficial.
