Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Dispute Analyst I at our Melbourne Headquarters to handle end-to-end review, processing, and resolution of fraud and merchant disputes across SCCU’s card portfolios. You will respond to member inquiries, identify fraudulent activity, and ensure timely processing per Visa rules and SCCU policies.
The role requires 1–3 years in card services, basic MS Office skills, and knowledge of dispute guidelines, with opportunities for growth and a hybrid work
