We are looking for licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) who are:

• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and documentation
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 session hours per week (for full-time)
• Deliver creative, client-centered therapy services
• Collaborate with a fun and supportive clinical team
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

• Master s degree in a behavioral health field
• Active clinical license in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Experience with treatment planning, diagnostics, and progress documentation
• Comfortable with diverse client populations
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards
• Experience with EHR systems and computer systems (Valant is a plus)
