Health First is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join a growing Urology practice in Melbourne, FL. This role offers the opportunity to practice with a high level of independence while building long-term relationships with an established and growing patient population. The APP will play a key role in both outpatient care and hospital coverage, working closely with physician partners.
Key Responsibilities
:
Independent Patient Management: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urology patients independently while maintaining continuity of care within an assigned patient panel.
Clinical Collaboration & Call Coverage: Participate in hospital call coverage (approximately 7 days per month) and provide practice call support for personal patient panel.
Comprehensive Urologic Care: Deliver high-quality care across a range of urologic and related conditions in both clinic and hospital settings.
Position Details
:
Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Outpatient-focused role with hospital call responsibilities
1-2 years of clinical experience in Urology, Nephrology, or related specialty required.
Board eligible or board certified APRN or PA.
Active, unrestricted Florida license required.
