This is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, FL, for a Patient Dining Associate at Morrison Healthcare. Responsibilities include ensuring an exceptional dining experience for patients by delivering meals, taking meal orders, assisting with menu selections based on dietary needs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The Patient Dining Associate will adhere to dietary restrictions and provide personalized assistance as required, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient satisfaction and well-being.
Qualifications- Customer service skills, including strong communication and ability to interact with patients courteously.
- Basic understanding of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and specialized meal requirements.
- Time management, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, food safety knowledge, and ability to follow hygiene protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in food service, healthcare, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward patient care.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
