Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
Availability for on-call shifts as needed
Weekend rotation required: every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period

Description:

The position requires a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse.
The nurse will care for all laboring patients, including high-risk inductions.

Experience with Pitocin and insulin drips is essential.
The nurse will assist with both normal and high-risk deliveries.
They will also be involved in circulating during C-sections and supporting epidural anesthesia procedures.
The position includes a patient ratio of 1:2.
The unit features two operating rooms and has Level 2 NICU capabilities.
Interdisciplinary support includes various therapy services and rapid response teams.
Candidates must provide two recent references from authority figures.
Compliance with vaccination requirements is necessary, with exemptions accepted for medical or religious reasons.
