Shift: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $150,000 per year (based on experience)
Join Our Leadership Team as Administrator (LNHA)Melbourne Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility with a strong commitment to quality care, regulatory compliance, and team development. If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for long-term care and a proven track record in healthcare management, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the nursing home to ensure efficient and effective facility management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to maintain high standards of resident care
- Lead and support staff hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with medical and clinical teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Monitor quality improvement initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to programs as needed
- Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Valid Administrator License (LNHA) in the State of Florida - required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, including resident rights
- Proven financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting
- Familiarity with care planning, medication administration protocols, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Understanding of social work and resident advocacy within a healthcare environment
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
