We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehab Technician (CNA) to join our team.

• Assist residents with morning care and basic ADLs to prepare them for therapy
• Safely transfer and transport patients to and from therapy sessions
• Set up therapy equipment and prepare treatment areas
• Support therapists during sessions with positioning, balance assistance, and safety monitoring
• Complete restorative nursing programs (ROM, strengthening, ambulation, ADL maintenance)
• Document participation and report any changes in resident condition
• Clean and sanitize equipment and maintain an organized therapy area
• Follow all safety and infection‑control procedures
• Other duty assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state‑approved CNA training program
• Active CNA certification in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
