CNA; CNA , Part Time

Position: CNA (CNA Required, Part Time 5:45am-10am)
Kisco Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Administers resident medication or assists residents with self-administration of medication and coordinate treatments to residents;
Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to Care Services Director, Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)/Dementia Care Coordinator (DCC), or appropriate physician;
Assist residents with simple requests as needed or find an appropriate associate to assist;
Document and report changes of condition and use company forms for resident care documentation;
Provide medication set up and assistance
