Facilitates the safe, efficient, and expedited movement of patients from area to area via stretchers, wheelchairs, beds, and cribs;
Assists in the safe transfers of customers (from bed to stretcher or wheelchair) and ensures proper handoff per policy;
Records transports and reports information using Teletracking;
Uses PPE appropriately and adheres to HIPAA, OSHA, and Health First policies;
Performs cleaning of stretcher and wheelchair after transports and maintains equipment
