If you're looking for something different from traditional outpatient or home health, this is an incredible opportunity! You'll provide one-on-one outpatient therapy to geriatric patients in assisted living communities throughout the Melbourne area. This position offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with your patients while helping them maintain independence, mobility, and quality of life.

• Outpatient geriatrics in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
• 100% one-on-one patient care
• Float between multiple assisted living communities in the Melbourne area
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 40 hours guaranteed
• Manageable daily caseload
• Focus on balance, fall prevention, gait training, strengthening, mobility, and functional independence
• No home health visits—patients are treated within the ALF communities
• Collaborative therapy team with an excellent work-life balance
