Work EnvironmentThis position is located onsite at our multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility in Melbourne, Florida. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, conducive to both professional development and teamwork. As part of our interdisciplinary approach, therapists regularly collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and streamline rehabilitation processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of new patients to formulate individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of patient care are addressed.
- Leverage your knowledge of complex medical conditions and radiological data to inform treatment decisions and contraindications.
- Create and oversee the implementation of customized treatment programs for diverse caseloads, including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and addressing complex patient scenarios with colleagues when required.
- Manage clinical workflows to facilitate efficient patient tracking, referral processing, and appointment scheduling.
- Focus on delivering therapy interventions that emphasize early intervention and swift evaluations, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care.
Your caseload will encompass a varied patient population, allowing you to employ your skills across multiple areas of physical therapy. You will work with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or requiring rehabilitation for neurological issues. This diverse clinical exposure will enhance your capability to tailor therapeutic interventions effectively.
Qualifications- Must possess active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
- A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities when addressing clinical challenges.

- Previous experience in a rehabilitation facility setting is preferred.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
