Horizon Flex Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Melbourne, Florida. Horizon Flex Therapy is a leading orthopedic outpatient private practice located in the heart of Melbourne, Florida. We prioritize high-quality, evidence-based care and are committed to helping our patients achieve their wellness goals. Our practice focuses on personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. We primarily work with private medical insurance carriers to provide seamless access to significant rehabilitation services for our clients.

The position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which is equipped with the latest equipment and technology to support our therapeutic functions. You will work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, where communication and interdisciplinary collaboration are key. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify and understand patients' goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Administer treatment plans to 2-3 patients per hour, utilizing a variety of hands-on techniques and therapeutic modalities.
• Develop individualized care plans leveraging a combination of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription.
• Facilitate cost-effective interventions that aim to improve patients' mobility while minimizing pharmaceutical dependence.
• Motivate patients through therapeutic interventions to maintain high levels of engagement and achieve maximum functional results.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, ensuring accurate communication of outcomes to the healthcare team.
• Promote health and wellness by crafting fitness-oriented programs tailored to the specific capabilities and needs of our clients.
• Engage with a network of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and improve patient outcomes efficiently.
• Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans in response to patients' progress and feedback.

At Horizon Flex Therapy, the primary patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, emphasizing personalized care that respects each patient's unique journey towards health and functionality.

• A valid Florida Physical Therapist License, with no disciplinary actions or board actions on record.
• A completed Master's of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Possession of a National Provider Identifier (NPI) or the ability to obtain one before employment.

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, demonstrating capacity in hands-on therapeutic techniques.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in exercise prescription and rehabilitation training.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to manage patient documentation efficiently.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
