- You will educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in care coordination, and upholding clinical standards are essential.
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current license or certification

- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
