Your Role as Clinical Team Support

In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans
  • Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
  • Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs
  • Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations
  • Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes
  • Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR
  • Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role) Compensation: negotiable,based on experience Benefits Designed to Support You

Qualifications
