In this role, you will support daily clinical operations by coordinating schedules and ensuring seamless communication between patients and clinicians.
Responsibilities include:- Scheduling patient visits in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Coordinating clinician schedules to optimize productivity and coverage
- Managing daily scheduling changes, call-outs, and urgent visit needs
- Answering and triaging incoming calls to support clinical operations
- Tracking medical supplies and supporting RAP/EOE processes
- Maintaining accurate scheduling and documentation within the EMR
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office role) Compensation: negotiable,based on experience Benefits Designed to Support You
