Critical Care ICU Advanced Practice Provider; APRN​/PA; Nights

Health First is looking for an experienced NP or PA to join our night team in the ICU at Holmes Regional. You’ll be a true clinical partner to our Nocturnal Intensivists, managing high-acuity patients and handling the full scope of critical care!

You’ll be the frontline for the ICU working collaboratively with the Intensivist. This includes managing clinical status changes, responding to in-house emergencies, and handling ICU admissions. You’ll also be responsible for managing downgrades to ensure the unit flows efficiently. Since this is a high-acuity setting, you should be comfortable performing or learning critical care procedures as they come up.

• Background: You need to be a Florida-licensed (or eligible) APP.
• Experience: Ideally, you’ve spent time in an ICU or high-acuity environment. We need someone who is comfortable making decisions when things get busy.
• Certifications: National certification (ACNP or PA-C), plus BLS/ACLS.
