Description:
Full-time night shifts of 7 PM to 7 AM, working 3 shifts per week.
All nurses work every other weekend and major holidays as per department choice.
Patient ratios are 1:4.On-call duties are required as needed.
Travel nurses may be required to float to multiple locations.
Candidates must have experience with the EPIC documentation system.
Medical and religious exemptions are acceptable for vaccinations.
The role requires proficiency in various emergency procedures and the management of critical patients.
Nurses should be skilled in arterial line management, blood product administration, and care of ventilated patients.
Experience with trauma patients, pediatric emergencies, and interpretation of critical lab results is essential.
All candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to high-acuity situations.
Weekend coverage is mandatory, with a requirement of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule cycle.
Candidates with background or license findings must be identified prior to hire.
