Access and Affordability Specialist

Piper Companies is currently looking for an Access and Affordability Specialist in the Melbourne, FL area to work a fully onsite role. This Access and Affordability Specialist will join a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company driven by a commitment to providing innovative therapeutic solutions for patients facing rare and complex diseases.

• Conduct outbound calls to patients
• Verify insurance coverage and patient benefits
• Support patient enrollment and renewal activities
• Communicate with patients regarding coverage status and program requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation within Salesforce

• High School Diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience using Salesforce
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and data entry skills
• Strong understanding of health insurance and coverage verification
• Excellent customer service and patient compassion skills
• Must be committed to completing the full contract assignment

• Hourly Rate: $18-26/hr based on professional experience
