Job Description
Full time position with Health First at Holmes Regional Medical Center, a Level 2 Trauma Center in Melbourne, FL.
Schedule:
variable; can pick up days, mid shifts or nights.
- Mix of trauma and emergent general surgery admissions, consults, rounding, procedures, and assisting in surgical procedures as a first assist.
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current PA license.
- Certification by the NCCPA.
- Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider completion card prior to start date and maintain.
- Trauma and surgical first assist experience required, ATLS preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and to work effectively with a team.
- Competitive rate with generous night shift differential.
- Paid malpractice insurance.
