Caterer

The Catering Staff is responsible for preparing, executing and cleaning of University catering events. This includes onsite events in the Denius Student Center as well as offsite events at various buildings on campus and off campus. Duties at an event include bartending, serving, maintaining food on buffets, busing tables and pouring drinks. In addition Catering Staff performs duties in various positions at the SUB Café including food prep, deli work, dish washing and cashiering.

• Preparation for catered events
• Execution of catered events
• Clean-up of catered events
• Performs other Food Service job duties when no catering events are booked
• Performs other duties as assigned
