In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and helping create a positive and memorable stay. - Previous hotel front desk experience required.
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
- Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation platforms preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional first impression.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Answer and manage incoming calls using professional phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Build positive relationships with guests and contribute to a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
