This is a full‑time on‑site role for a General Manager, located in Melbourne, FL. The General Manager will oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations to ensure profitability, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include managing staff, creating budgets, overseeing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations. The role involves coordinating with various departments, meeting performance metrics, and fostering a strong service‑driven team culture.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including employee development and performance management
• Proven financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and results analysis
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, food and beverage operations and adherence to brand standards
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving abilities
• Experience with Hyatt brand standards is preferred, however experience with other major brands is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is encouraged
• Minimum of 5 years of hotel leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a General Manager capacity
