People Strategy Leader – Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will shape the employee experience and drive business performance through strategic people initiatives. You will align HR strategies with operational goals, champion a compliant workplace, and proactively address workforce challenges, influencing culture and strengthening leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees, aligning people strategies with business goals
- Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management guidance
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, engagement, retention, headcount) to inform data‑driven decision making
- Support organizational effectiveness through coaching, change management, and team health initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and shared services to execute HR programs and initiatives
- Guide leaders through complex employee matters with professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes as needed
- Drive engagement through stay interviews, exit interviews, and employee listening strategies
- Maintain strong visibility and relationships across assigned client groups or locations
- Act as an HR liaison for leave of absence programs and employee support processes
USD $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- SHRM‑CP certification preferred
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience with strong expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and employment law
- Previous Human Resources Business Partner experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting 100+ employees within corporate functions or professional business environments
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence leaders across multiple levels of an organization
- Strong consulting, coaching, relationship‑building, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience conducting employee relations investigations and managing complex workplace problems
- Experience supporting organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide strategic recommendations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and sound judgment
- Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional employee support
- Continuously able to work in an office environment
- Continuously able to operate a computer and standard office equipment
- Continuously able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Able to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the workday
- Continuously requires vision, hearing, and verbal communication
- Frequently able to walk throughout the Corporate office to engage employees, attend meetings, and maintain visibility across departments
- Occasionally able to lift up to 15 pounds
- Occasionally able to perform reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, carrying, and pushing/pulling activities
- Occasional travel may be required
