  • Influence and advise hiring leaders on hiring priorities, market conditions, and recruiting best practices to improve outcomes and speed.
  • Develop strong, diverse pipelines using networking, sourcing tools, referrals, social media, and external partnerships to consistently attract top talent.
  • Drive a high-touch candidate experience from first outreach through offer and onboarding coordination—balancing urgency with professionalism and care.
  • Lead university recruiting and early-career programs, including internship pipeline strategy, program coordination, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Use recruiting metrics and insights to report progress, improve efficiency, and strengthen quality of hire and pipeline health.
  • Ensure compliant recruiting practices by partnering with HR, compensation, and business leaders and following applicable regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience; ideally supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or defense-related organizations.
  • Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
  • Broad HR expertise across succession planning, client group support, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management capabilities.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools/technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology environments.
  • Experience leading university recruiting and internship or early-career programs.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent analytics
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
