Human Resources Business Partner
This position requires the individual to reside within Brevard County with onsite responsibilities.
The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a consultant to leaders and associates on human resource (HR) issues. The HRBP will act as an associate champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. The Human Resources Business Partner communicates needs proactively with our Human Resources department and Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) leaders, the seeks to develop integrated solutions.
The Human Resources Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to leaders and associates that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The Human Resources Business Partner provides excellent customer support through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.

- Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or relevant field. - Work Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years professional level HR experience. - Licensure:

None - Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

- Work Experience:
Previous experience in Healthcare Industry. - Certification:
Any one of the following:
Physical Requirements:
- Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping.
- Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
- Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
- May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
- Workspace may vary from open to confined.
- May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
