Harris is seeking candidates for its HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Senior Associate. The program accelerates the development of future HR leaders through three 12-month rotations across U.S. locations, including HR business partner experiences, and mentorship.
Relocation support is provided with each required move. Ideal candidates are pursuing a master’s in HR-related fields with graduation in Spring/Summer 2027 or recent graduates, plus HR internship experience.
