OUR TEAM AS A MARKETING ANALYST

180, we are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team. By transforming complicated data into useful insights that increase ROI and strengthen the Orion
180 brand, you will be instrumental in forming our marketing strategy in this position.
An individual must be able to execute each crucial responsibility with effectiveness and exhibit the following fundamental abilities in order to fulfill this role:
- Compile and Handle To create trustworthy marketing datasets, gather and preserve data from Hub Spot, internal systems, and external platforms.
- Produce Insightful Reports Using data and visualization tools, create and present persuasive marketing reports.
- Examine Performance and Project Trends Determine the main factors influencing performance, evaluate the effects, and produce planning-related predictive insights. Must be able to convert analytical results into concise, well-thought-out suggestions for marketing and leadership groups.
- Optimize Procedures To increase precision, speed, and scalability, streamline and automate reporting workflows.
- Lead Campaign Analysis Assess and improve traditional and digital campaign initiatives, such as direct mail, email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Own Web & Attribution Analytics Use GA4, GTM, and associated tools to track website traffic, conversion rates, and attribution models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, finance, or business intelligence.
- Proven track record in campaign reporting, marketing performance analysis, and presenting data to stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, and VBA/macros.
- Proficient with Hub Spot or similar marketing automation/CRM tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads).
- Bonus:
Strong statistical background and working knowledge of Python or R.
