The Workstream Lead for SAP Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul (MRO) and Plant Maintenance oversees the implementation and operational support of customer service and facility management modules.

Responsibilities include:

Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, leading SAP support personnel, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee daily operations and support for SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Lead and manage the MRO and Plant Maintenance workstream for a large SAP implementation project, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide leadership and architectural support to the managed service provider support team.
• Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP application, and assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
• Provide project metrics to support the management of key project milestones and deliverables.
• Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3

• Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• 12 years of experience in SAP, with a proven track record of managing system implementations and operational support.

• Strong knowledge of SAP MRO and Plant Maintenance modules and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules (ex. FI/CO, SD, PP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skill set, with capability of interfacing and forming strong business partnerships with CHQ, Segment, sector and division leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
