Belcan is seeking a senior-level Software Engineer to lead modernization of software production environments using Dev Sec Ops practices across aerospace programs. This role focuses on designing and deploying a modern software factory while replacing end-of-life peer review tools.
What You’ll Do:- Lead trade studies and technical evaluations for tool replacement
- Architect and prototype modern Dev Sec Ops solutions
- Productionize and deploy replacement tools across teams
- Drive migration efforts and stakeholder alignment
- Work cross-functionally with Systems Engineering, Embedded Software, Test Automation, and Dev Sec Ops teams in Agile environments
- BS + 14 years / MS + 12 years / PhD + 9 years in Software Engineering (Agile environment required)
- Experience with peer review tools (e.g., Atlassian Crucible)
- Experience with:
- Change management tools (Jira, Clear Quest, Asana)
- CI tools (Jenkins, Git Lab, Bamboo)
- Version control (Git, Bitbucket, Subversion)
- Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret eligibility preferred)
