Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the Program Management (PM) Data Strategy & Analytics activities. The team is responsible for establishing a culture of data driven decision making and creating business value through promoting the application of data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and techniques across a broad range of business areas. They will regularly interact with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and deploy data analytics systems that are aligned to our strategic roadmap.
The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial and a self-starter with the ability to challenge the status quo.
This role is hybrid and requires regular onsite presence in Melbourne, FL. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of the Melbourne site.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement the NGAS PM Data Strategy, in support the Enterprise Data Strategy
- Lead the execution of NGAS PM data analytics and AI activities
- Proactively identify issues and inefficiencies within the business to develop and deploy solutions
- Drive the adoption of data analysis methodologies across sector and program operations for improved performance analysis
- Lead the monitoring and analysis of operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities, and provide recommendations/solutions
- Actively engage with sector leaders and key stakeholders to identify and understand operational issues and develop solutions
